4. He concludes treaties and agreements with other States.
5. Emergency Powers:
6. Emergency powers of the President contained in Articles 352 to 360 of Part XVIII of Indian Constitution. They are a) National emergency b) Constitutional emergency (President rule in States) c) Financial emergency.
